Restoring Order is stewarded by Jeffrey S. Simpson, a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief and retired Principal Professional Staff at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory who holds a Master of Divinity (MDiv). His work is grounded in Scripture and shaped by years of responsibility where clarity and restraint mattered under pressure and decisions carried real consequences.
He does not manage outcomes. He helps people name what is disordered and return to right orientation under God.
This work flows from what has been lived, tested, and steadied through experience.
Restoring Order is built slowly and faithfully, with care for people, responsibility, and the work God is doing beneath the surface.
